As part of the councils' Leisure Strategy and Hockey Victoria's push for a stronger presence in Melbourne’s growth corridors, HCC partnered with Hockey Victoria and Lacrosse Victoria to establish new clubs at the Hume Hockey and Lacrosse Centre.
The Bridge Road Community Pavilion was part of an $11.3 million development and features a synthetic athletics track and field, hockey pitches and a multipurpose competition venue with training area.

The project involved the construction of a new 1500m2 Children's and Community Centre on a green fill site in Melton.
Tudor Village Lilydale was in much need of a new community centre following the unfortunate fire at the existing facility. The facility was subsequently demolished and a new 1000m2 facility designed in its place.
The Ashburton Library and adjacent Community Centre were upgraded to enhance the communities experience and modernise current facilities on site.
