Construction of the Hazel Glen Scout Hall was an addition to an expanding educational precinct servicing the communities of Doreen and Mernda and complements the precinct’s master plan for education from kindergarten through to secondary college.
The contract included the expansion of the existing respite and secure dementia care facility to accommodate an additional 60 beds.
The 40,000m2 expansion of the Casey Central shopping centre, provided an essential addition of 1,500 new car parking spaces. The scope also incorporated public lighting and drainage infrastructure works.
The refurbishment and extension of the existing Naylon Arts Wing provided cutting-edge facilities, as well as modernising the west end of the campus.
The Bridge Road Community Pavilion was part of an $11.3 million development and features a synthetic athletics track and field, hockey pitches and a multipurpose competition venue with training area.
The streetscape rejuvenation on Fitzroy Street St Kilda included a landscaped central median strip to include landscaping, public artworks, and informal seating area.
