The Warrnambool City Centre Project is a new thriving commercial and cultural heart of the City of Warrnambool and for South West Victoria. As part of councils Revitalisation Structure Plan, the vision saw the project constructed in two stages. The first stage (completed December 2017) along the main Liebig Street between Raglan Pde and Koroit Street, saw the total upgrade of the streetscape with new retail, dining and community facilities drawing people from beyond the immediate area. Stage 2 saw the renewal of Liebig Street between Koroit and Timor streets.
