Victoria Grange - Stage 3 Community Centre

2Construct - Victoria Grange 01

This project involves the construction of a new community centre to service the existing Victoria Grange Retirement Village in Vermont South.

Works were constructed over two levels on the side of an existing embankment and comprised an indoor pool, storage, amenities, and car parking to the building undercroft and community centrebased facilities on the upper level. The building was then integrated with the surrounding facility via an extension of soft and hard landscape works.
