Toorak Park Redevelopment

Toorak Park is getting an upgrade! The scope of work comprises the design & construction of a new shared-use pavilion featuring a brick facade, feature clock overlooking the new development, meeting and function rooms, storage facilities, kitchen and kiosk and amenities including female friendly changerooms. The scope of work also comprises landscaping to the surrounds of the main pavilion and car park works. The Toorak Park Pavilion is being formally verified under the Green Star Buildings V1 Rev B certification, targeting a 5 Star rating, setting a benchmark for environmental excellence.
