The project encompasses the demolition of the existing pavilion and adjoining pavements to make way for the new pavilion upgrade development works.
New build works involve the construction of the single level netball change room facilities and the adjoining double level football change rooms, amenities and social rooms. Included in the upgrade is a cool room store, kitchen, bar/servery, utilities and outdoor terrace balcony all designed to compliment the existing sporting facilities on the site.
External construction works include the construction of new pavements and footpaths, architectural balustrading and terrace paving all of which will interface seamlessly into the existing environment.
