Mentone Grammar's Bayview Precinct is part of the next stage in their masterplan to develop an 'even better' school in celebration of their centenary.

The scope of work comprises the construction of a new state-of-the-art Bayview building providing new learning spaces, learning lounges, administration centre, science laboratory and a fully landscaped rooftop deck. The work also involves a new lower ground level carpark and upper-level sporting oval which is to be built on the current Eblana and Bayview Oval.
