Melbourne City Mazda – Stage 1

The project involved the re-branding and redevelopment of the existing Holden Car Dealership in South Melbourne into the new Melbourne City Mazda.

The project scope included the removal of existing sunscreens, modification to the entrance, the replacement of external alum cladding and the repainting of external walls. Internally, there was an upgrade and refurbishment to the service centre, customer lounge and fit-out of the main showroom and office area. 2Construct were engaged under a construction management contract to facilitate the delivery of this project.
