The Korumburra Community Hub development is a component of the South Gippsland Council's Korumburra Revitalisation Project which aims to reinvigorate the town centre and meet the needs of the community.

The project comprises the construction of a two-storey concrete and steel structure Community Hub comprising flexible spaces, kitchen, consultation rooms, classrooms, office with amenities, support facilities and extensive site works which include, pavements, services upgrades and landscaping.
