2Construct - Guide Dogs Admin Building

The redevelopment for Stage 3 comprises the refurbishment of the administration building with 150 person function space, construction of the Client Residential Building and undercover dog training plaza.

The residential accommodation is part of the Urban Village Project and aims to increase peer connections to create a true sense of community. The scope includes a shared kitchen, dining space and several sensory breakout rooms. The residential accommodation will accommodate learning, development and social interactions in a safe and supportive environment.
