The scope of work for the new Secondary College in Doreen South, includes three buildings, car park, external basketball courts and external soft / hard landscaping. The first building was approximately 765m2 and accommodates food technology and administration facilities. The second building was approximately 1920m2 over two levels and accommodates learning and teaching spaces. The third building was approximately 360m2 over two levels and accommodates staff lounge / kitchen and infrastructure facilities. All buildings comprised concrete substructure, with a combination of masonry, precast and metal cladding on external walls. Externally the buildings connect through a combination of concrete paths and soft landscaping.
