The design and construct project encompasses three separable 5-Star Greenstar warehouse facilities leased to Crusader Caravans, Intelligent Engineering and Kitchen Warehouse. Each tenancy includes, an ancillary office, outdoor area, car parking, truck hardstand and landscaped areas throughout.

The 4Ten Epping development incorporates several sustainability features in each facility. These include a 125KW solar power system, roofs designed to collect and harvest 100,000 litres of rainwater, the exclusive use of PVC-free materials, the inclusion of 8,000 native plants in the landscaping, and a commitment to limit construction waste to a maximum of 5kg per m2 of Gross Floor Area (GFA).
