The upgrade to Clyde Street Mall forms part of Frankston City Council Masterplan to energise Frankston’s central retail precinct. The works include the installation of bollards, street lighting, textural floor surfaces, feature pattern pavers, outdoor furniture, litter bins, bicycle racks, trees and garden beds.
