Works comprise the demolition of an existing residential building to make way for a new two-storey classroom/teaching facility connected into existing Library and Don Ingram Building. Construction comprised of concrete ground slabs, steel columns, and roofing. The building envelope includes glazed curtain walls and insulated Vitre-panel clad. The learning areas allow modification of the size of the learning space via large operable walls. Large external timber decks and extensive landscaping surround the perimeter of the facility.
