Council allocated funding within the Capital Works Program to provide the Broadmeadows Leisure Centre with a 50m metre eight lane swimming pool, and a new entry to Tanderrum Way. 2Construct provided Construction Management services, Supervision and coordination for the completion of remaining onsite works of a $12 million Leisure Centre for a period of 8 months. The scope of works included the sealing, works and final lock-up of the 2150sqm pool hall building, testing and commissioning, fit off and finish the change rooms, including membranes, fixtures and tiles.
