We are thrilled that 2Construct’s first Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan was formally endorsed by Reconciliation Australia.
Led by our RAP team, we established a working group to develop our Reflect response. Our Reflect RAP shows our team's commitment for change, reconciliation, and increased representation of First Nations culture within the construction industry.
We see our Reconciliation Action Plan as an opportunity for 2Construct to take meaningful positive action to advance reconciliation. Based on the core pillars of relationships, respect and opportunity, our Reflect RAP focuses on fostering respect, economic equity and supporting First Nations self-determination.
2Construct acknowledges Traditional Owners of Country throughout Australia and recognises the continuing connection to lands, waters and communities. We pay our respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures; and to Elders past and present. Our Melbourne workplace is located on Country of the Wurundjeri peoples of the Eastern Kulin Nation.
