Guide Dogs Victoria Kew Campus Flag Raising Ceremony

2Construct was honoured to attend the flag raising ceremony at the Guide Dogs Australia Kew Campus!

The 2Construct Guide Dogs Project team joined Guide Dogs Victoria CEO Nicky Long, and Guide Dogs Victoria Project Manager, Catherine Curry-Hyde to celebrate this momentous occasion. The Torres Strait Islander flag, the Australian Aboriginal flag and the Australian flag were raised by Guide Dogs Victoria representatives to signify the completion of Stage 3 of the project.

The ‘Future is in Sight’ project involves the transformational redevelopment of Guide Dogs’ iconic site in Kew, to create the world’s first fully accessible sensory campus. The new campus includes a world-class Training Centre of Excellence, Residential Accommodation for Clients to develop independent living skills and a Community Education Hub.
