We're in a new financial year, and it's always a good time to reflect on our achievements from last year and look forward with optimism as we head into 2020. 2Construct have been busy with various projects coming to completion and a few new ones about to get underway.
Winter is coming and it's time to bunker down in Melbourne. With a Federal Election now on the doorstep, it will be an interesting time ahead in many respects. Whilst there is significant infrastructure spend now and into the future, this is not quite the case in other construction market sectors which are stagnant at best. Hopefully the result, either way, this weekend will provide some certainty and increased demand across the board.
Welcome to the New Year and a new look 2C News, our first newsletter of the year. After a great summer break the 2C team is ready for some major milestones this year including the celebration of our 15 year anniversary.
With all the Spring distractions out of the way, it's time for the annual frenzy into Christmas. Always a busy time, to be followed by a well-earned break . . . and just like that, another year is done and dusted!
We're at the tail-end of the year already, and with the longer daylight hours, those early morning starts are definitely getting a whole lot easier!
We've got an update on some new, current and completed projects below. We have also been associated with some exceptional Civic/Landscape projects that picked up Landscape Architect Awards last month.
We have been very busy with our various civil, building and civic projects across Victoria, all tracking exceptionally well. We were also delighted to hear that a few of our favourite civic streetscape and landscape projects were winners at the 2018 VIC Landscape Architecture Awards.
