We trusted 2Construct to build and create the most ambitious building in our history, ALATUS, our home of imagination and creativity, which was completed in 2021. 

ALATUS was an extremely challenging project, and 2Construct was instrumental throughout every phase to bring this design and concept to realisation. They provided accurate pre-construction estimates and were flexible in providing additional solutions which were brought in at the last minute to solve unforeseen problems. Regardless of the challenges faced in 2020, I always felt informed and aware of the challenges before us.

2Construct showed dedication and desire to work with the design team to maintain, build upon and enhance the design principles and design intent of Alatus.

This was evident at all levels within their organisation from Directors down to the subcontractors on site. Clear and regular communication during all stages of the project between 2Construct and the school was exemplary and saw a safe and clean site maintained during the life of the project while working within a live school environment. The project was ultimately delivered on time and on budget with the resulting build being of a very high quality. 

Throughout the entire process 2Construct and the individuals involved were committed to working with the architects and the school. 2Construct were proactive and always respectful in their dealings with the school. Of great importance in a large secondary school like Strathmore is the timely and positive manner in which 2Construct dealt with and assisted where possible with special requests from the school. Their integration into the school community was appreciated. 

The project was delivered ahead of schedule and to a very high quality. The entire school community is overwhelmed with the final outcome and can now enjoy the benefits of these fantastic facilities. 

The team were proactive & diligent in identifying & developing strategies to overcome issues and worked with the design team in a collaborative manner whenever required. Their ability to present the showroom at a car ready level made the transition to the new venue as easy as possible.

The 2Construct Team have been collaborative in their approach to construction working with the design team to identify solutions throughout construction, while maintaining a high level of quality finishing and demonstrating an attention to detail.

2Construct were always well aware of the school environment in which they were operating and their responsibilities under our Child Safe Policies. They were very flexible with their planning to limit their impact on the College's daily operations and were particularly thoughtful, responsive and supportive during exam periods to reduce noise and other environmental impacts.

The entire team was very professional and managed the process efficiently to enable commencement of onsite works and ensure Aliro's design requirements were maintained.

The project management and administration was of a high standard, design and site meetings were well organised and resourced throughout the project. The entire team provided excellent communication from project award, ensuring all stakeholders were well informed as to the status of construction.
